Hey guys thanx for playen hard all season and everybody that showed up to practice every week.I wanna give it up to all the linemen cause we played hard all season.I also wanna thank larry and chuck for helpin me and the rest of the line play harder and teach us new things throughout the season.Thanx Louis for the comment you gotta alotta heart man satyin out all year and playin as good as you did man especially at your age haha jk...Aight yall see ya the bbq

You are all terrific. Congratulations on a winning season. How fun it was to sit in the stands and watch you. You should be proud of yourselves for setting the sportsman examples that you do, and the choice of being physically fit in your life. Thanks for the fun time and memories. |

I forgot a couple guys that deserve some recognition. Ronald Gordon stood out this year as a leader on this team and really matured as a man. I think Coach Hawthorne made a big impact on him last season and Coach Watson this season as well. G, you conducted yourself like a true professional all season long.
And Jesus Lopez, what a great guy. Captain Lopez is also leaving us and is re enlisting in the Army. He will be on special assignment at West Point as an assistant coach on the Army Football team. How cool is that! There will be an article out soon, featuring Captain Lopez so keep checking back.
And guys, when you have a man like Coach Epley express what he has below, you can take a lot of pride in that.

Dear Rams:
You are a class act!!! Your coaches, ownership and most of all players are a class act! Your team improved all year and I did not want to face you in the playoffs because I watched you guys improve all year long. Obviously I am glad for the outcome but because we were able to overcome some of our mistakes and able to compete for the championship but it could have easily been you guys in the championship. Your players, coaches and ownership were nothing but a class act after the game, that is not always the case in Semi-Pro football and it shows how "everyone" is supposed to act. I have no doubts you will be one of the teams to vie for the championship next year, You have my utmost respect for not only how you play the game but how you conduct yourselves when you win or very rarly lose.
Great year Rams, you have another fan...but only when you don't play us!

Thank you Ron for the kind words. Thank you to all the players that helped me throught the season especially the offensive line (David, Mundo, Larry, Leroy and Big Charles). I learned a lot from these guys. Thanks to the coaches for giving me the opportunity to play along these fine players. The Rams is a great organization and with these coaches and players will go a long way.
I have to give props to David Holley, this kid did not miss one snap during the season.
It is time to let these young guys to their thing. I had a great time and will never forget the Rams of 2009. |

hey fellas just wanna say great season, didnt get what we wanted but we stayed as a unit and more importantly as a family. i just wish everybody a great and safe offseason. i told G even though he would get on my nerves, id like to thank him for stepping up and being a leader. he wasn't right most of the time but no one else came up to take his spot as the leader. luis it was a pleasure playing with you and i wish you the best of luck. same with big dave i enjoyed playin with a tight end that communicated with me on the line, good luck to you too. i'd like to thank the coaches for thier time and teaching us thier knowledge about the game. Bossman Ron thank you for putting this team and year togethor.. alright fellas keep in touch with your boy and ill see you around.. peace. devastate and dominate!!! |
